Neal Spradlin

Attorney Profile

Neal was born just outside of Cleveland, Ohio but came to Texas as fast as he could, growing up in Rockwall, Texas. After graduating magna cum laude from Austin College, Neal attended Texas Tech University School of Law and the Rawls College of Business earning his J.D./M.B.A. After law school, he gained valuable litigation experience as an Assistant Attorney General in the Law Enforcement Defense Division, defending state law enforcement employees and their agencies in federal and state court. In May 2014, he left the Texas Attorney General’s Office to join the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted a wide-array of criminal cases, taking to trial numerous misdemeanor and felony offenses. After joining Crenshaw, Dupree and Milam, Neal now focuses primarily on civil litigation matters, representing insurance companies and their insureds, as well as businesses and individuals. With his previous prosecutorial experience, Neal is also comfortable and confident taking on criminal defense cases. Moreover, as a trained and qualified mediator, Neal has the ability to aptly resolve disputes between parties. Away from the office, Neal and his wife, Libby, spend most of their time raising their daughter, Norah. The Spradlins are happy to call Lubbock home.
