Attorney Profile
Ashley is an associate attorney with Crenshaw, Dupree & Milam, LLP. Ashley helps
clients prepare estate planning documents and assists clients with the administration
and probate of estates in both Texas and New Mexico. Additionally, Ashley provides
clients with legal advice on agricultural issues, business entity formation, governance
and termination and real estate transactions.
Ashley regularly assists clients with clearing title to land and minerals by conducting
ancillary probate proceedings and other related probate proceedings. She has
represented clients in communications with oil and gas companies and provides
guidance on how to efficiently transfer ownership of assets.
Originally from Wall, Texas, Ashley grew up on a farm in Tom Green County. She
understands agriculture and enjoys helping clients plan for the unique legal issues that
arise in family farm businesses. Ashley attended Texas A&M University where she
majored in Agriculture Economics and received a certificate in International Trade and
Agriculture. She then earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech
University School of Law where she graduated at the top of her class. Outside the
office, Ashley and her husband, Andrew, enjoy spending time outside or with their
families.
